Most tweens use electronic devices with sound, and most tweens go through lots of earbuds and headphones through the years. Earbuds are always a great gift or stocking filler for a tween, and make fun party favors, goody bag fillers, or door prizes, as well. Further, you aren’t restricted to boring white or black earbuds for tweens and teens…there are some fantastic color combinations in high quality earbuds, but there are also some fun and funky choices in tween earbuds. The tween often has unusual taste in fashion, and may choose the piece that makes Mom and Dad shake their heads in amazement. However, thinking from the fun and funky perspective of the tween, there are some novelty earbud gift ideas that are perfectly suited to their unusual interests.

There are plenty of colorful selections in earbuds, as well, and Jbuds tend to have some fun and funky color combinations to select from. These run a little more, in terms of cost, than your average earbuds, but when it comes to earbuds for tweens and teens, I find that cheap earphones don’t last very well, so I’m not opposed to a little more money, if it means they’ll last.
